You’re looking at our updated website’s work-in-progress, and it would help a lot if you’d visit each section and see how it feels.

Is the site going to be easy to navigate? What DON’T you like? What DO you enjoy?

Are there features you’d like to have that aren’t already planned (see that e-mail that went out earlier listing what’s been accomplished, and what’s in the offing)?

Please help make this a really useful site for us all by making your comments here, for all to consider. Maybe you have a complaint that prompts someone else’s brainstorm! Maybe you have an idea for something we haven’t provided, or don’t know if we can provide. Leave your ideas here so we can try things on for size. If I can’t do something, maybe another member will tell me how it can be accomplished.

If you feel like posting a blog of your own here, feel free to do so. I’ll convert it to a post and give it its own page. Don’t forget to title it!

I’m having a lot of fun working with this format, but now I have the long job of entering all our updated Directory information. The good news is that I expect to know a lot more about each of you in the next few days!

Congratulations are in Order

Marty Martindale’s new website should be up and running by July 13.

Miriam Goodspeed has finished putting the “final polish” on her upcoming release, Snow Job, a comedy thriller about a woman who makes a small mistake with her late husband’s ashes and a stash of cocaine.

New member Janis Froelich’s first book is due out by mid-July.

One more for Miriam–the 30-minute sit-com she’s been working on, “Mind and Body Spa,” is now complete and will go into production in late summer. It will be shot in Pinellas County, and will be shopped for distribution in the fall.
