Monday, 12 February, 2007: St Pete Chamber Business Showcase of 2007 is Thursday, March 1, from 5 to 7 pm at the Hilton St. Petersburg, downtown at 333 First St South. Steve Traiman will preregister any BAPWG member who is coming, and you pick up badge at door for $5 - you can bring brochures, biz cards, etc., to display on our joint table. There will be free food and snacks from the Hilton and other top area restaurants, free water and a cash bar, plus chances to win a lot of door prizes in exchange for your biz cards at the check-in and individual booths.

Wednesday, 16 November, 2005: Miriam Goodspeed wrote the screenplay for Blood Lust, A Biting Comedy. The movie is about a salesman who is attending a convention in Tampa. He decides to go to Ybor City for a night of fun and excitement, but he gets more than he bargains for when he wanders into a vampires' nightclub. The 20 minute short will be shown at 4 p.m., Nov. 20, at Clearwater's Cinema Cafe. 24095 U.S. 19 at Sunset Point Road.

projects.
Tuesday, 12 April, 2005: Bonnie Quick is currently working on a story with photos for Construction Equipment Guide (CEG) about a repair to an embankment in Tennesee and an overview of the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg for M+M (Makes and Models Magazine.) Quick also recently completed two stories with photos about Bay Front Times Arena and Shoppes at Pinellas Park for CEG. Every two weeks Quick produces 4-5 articles for St. Petersburg Post, a bi-monthly newpaper.

Thursday, 27 January, 2005: Steve Morrill just completed a reference work for local owners of historic properties, for the Hillsborough County government. The 128-page book's title is A Guide to Historic Architectural Resources and Historic Preservation in Unincorporated Hillsborough County. The title says it all. Steve assembled much of the information, wrote some of it, then wrote about 90 site descriptions and photographed them too. He also did the layout and pre-press.
